Bar Staff, Runners & Supervisors required for The Stadium Series – La Fiesta, Lamex Stadium, Stevenage.

The Lamex Stadium will play host to 14 live concerts made up of 30 headline acts in a socially distanced Pub in the Park style environment. Guests will be sat in private pods watching live concerts, with drinks ordered through QR codes and delivered to their pods by runners. 

All staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.

The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the events therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Runners will be covering a lot of ground so will need to physically fit and prepared for long, busy days.

Shifts will be approximately 10 – 14 hours a day, depending on the demands of the event.

No food will be provided for staff so you must bring your own to last throughout the day. Please bring a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the event

Bar Staff & Runners Pay Rate: £9.99ph (£8.91ph plus £1.08ph holiday pay)

Transport

You must make your own way to and from this event. There will be no staff parking, please use Public Transport or source your own parking.

Uniform

Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear. Such as: black jeans/leggings (no tracksuits), along with comfortable black trainers. You need to wear a blank black t-shirt; however, you should bring a dark jumper or hoodie to wear underneath as it might get cold.

Heels, flip flops, or open toed shoes are NOT allowed on the bar. You are NOT allowed to wear formal clothes such as black smart trousers, shirts or formal shoes.
