The Requirements:

•Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
•Active Florida license and DEA
•5+ years of training clinical practice experience
•Proficient in typing and using technology
•Virtual care experience providing longitudinal or acute care (text-based care experience a plus)
