The hospitalprovides individualized care directed to the specific needs of each patient.Putnam Community Medical Center offers a 10-bed Intensive/Critical Care Unit,Step-Down Care Unit, Cardiac Cath Lab, medical and surgical units, familybirthplace center, and a 24-hour emergency department. We also provideinpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Position Summary:

1. Support PCMC’s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities.
2. Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, Medical Imaging, perform routine radiologic diagnostic exams.
3. Identify each patient and review each patient’s order(s) for appropriateness of exam ordered with clinical history.
4. Assess patient condition and ensure patient safety through proper use of immobilizing devices.
5. Demonstrate proper response and reliability for “on call” coverage.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of Radiology Technology program 

Experience: 

Preferred but not required

Licensure, Certification and/or Registration:

Registered in Radiology ARRT (R) Current Florida State License as a General Radiographer
