Job Title Technical Project Manager Overview: Our Technical Program Managers (TPM) conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our scrum execution model, this position will support local DDR application, new development required by the market and support local initiatives to work with our internal development force in MC Role: This position is required to support all requirements identified for the local market in Mexico related to solutions development, will need to identify, design , support development and more important o identify resources around the company that can help and provide required solution in Mexico In specific related to the domestic dispute resolution platform where this new developed solution for Mexico will continue growing in the upcoming years. Either we continue using an external vendor or to support the solution internally in Master card. As a key additional role is to identify opportunities and requirements for the local market in Mexico, so will participate on different industry forums to identify new requirements that may impact our processes, but as well to be able to propose changes that may enhance local processing in Mexico All About You: This position requires to have an analytic person with the capacity to interact and communicate at different levels in the industry. Knowledge of the local market is a plus, in specific related to the local dispute management process. Have a good understanding on system development cycles, change control, Intake new requirements and translate to technical solutions and process automatization. Have an excellent interrelation skill, easy to relate to different teams, team player, understand new capabilities for software development and be able to communicate with technical and end users to bridge the requirement with the technical solutions.
