General Summary

Responsible for complying with the Security guidelines and Preventing crimes within the facilities and perimeter of the company, attending and following up on the audits of the certifications in the supply chain C-TPAT & OEA, and fulfilling all those activities administrative tasks that are required to carry out their job.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Development and elaboration of procedures to strengthen the security of the facilities and equipment of the company as well as the safety of employees.
  • Development and implementation of preventive programs against robbery and other crimes within the facilities and perimeter of the company.
  • Develop training programs in Security and Safety.
  • Supervise the surveillance service, monitoring compliance with the company's requirements regarding the security of the facilities, equipment, and employees, taking preventive and corrective actions and following up on internal controls.
  • Verify the legality of the security services offered and the good performance of the security guards in charge of surveillance.
  • Establish improvement programs for crime prevention.
  • Coordinate the transportation of employee personnel.
  • Attend and monitor the corporate Business Continuity program.
  • Compliance with the legal and internal regulations of the company.
  • Attend and follow up on the audits of the certifications in the C-TPAT & OEA supply chain.
  • Audit suppliers in the supply chain under C-TPAT & OEA standards.
  • Development and preparation of risk and vulnerability analysis of procedures, facilities, formats, etc. applicable to the supply chain.
  • Coordinate the transport of foreign and national visitors.
  • Maintain the proper functioning of the electronic access control and CCTV system.

    • Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree on Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 70% of written and spoken English.
  • Schedule availability.
  • Valid driver's license and laser visa.
  • Experience: minimum of 3 years as Supervisor in Security.
  • OEA/C-TPAT or similar certifications experience.
