Duties:
A FWS position at the Preschool for Creative Learning would include (but is not limited to) the following duties:
Supervise young children, ensuring a safe physical and emotional settingEngage with children in a positive manner, supporting classroom routines and activities following the guidance of the classroom teacherAssist with the center’s drop-off and pick-up proceduresAssist in maintaining a clean environment by cleaning materials and equipment throughout the dayPrepare materials to support classroom activities and daily functions as guided by the classroom teacherPerform miscellaneous tasks to support classrooms or administrative staffAverage Number of Hours per Week: 10 to 20
Schedule: flexible around class schedule within business hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm,
Minimum Qualifications: required background screening; 40 hours DCF online course training within 60 days of employment; and experience working young children.
