RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle day to day tasks, while directing and administrating the operations of an assigned area. Showing leadership, support, and guidance to colleagues. Regulating guidelines and procedures to provide high-quality service and excellent customer care. While ensuring compliance with the company is held. Attend daily production meetings to communicate work status to management and other departments, receive production reports, and help develop solutions to production issues. Regulate the workflow of the operation by distributing daily tasks to employees, while ensuring the equipment is functioning properly and the departments have their need materials and supplies. Be detail-oriented, to have exact measurements and marking. Ensuring materials will be used efficiently and projects will be within budgetary restrictions. Maintain a safe and clean workspace to ensure that the workplace remains in compliance. QUALIFICATIONS:
High School/GED Required Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to manage time well. Must be able to stand for a long period at a time. Must be able to carry 50lbs or heavier. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish fluently. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. BENEFITS:
