  • Job Description Summary:
    This individual is responsible for the sales and management of the enterprise segment in 26 LATAM markets (excluding Mexico and Brazil). She/he will be responsible for developing the strategy to accomplish the defined growth targets and KPIs directly managing a team of relationship managers and sales manager. This role will also coordinate the activities of the other teams supporting deal signing, implementation and operation of the merchants.

    Position will be based in Mexico City.

    Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish sales/volume goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services in line with budget.
  • Develops and executes sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services both for new and existing merchants.
  • Integrate and lead a successful team in order to accomplish the goals.
  • Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategy to optimize between share of checkout growth and profitability.
  • Constantly interact with key support functions including Risk, Operations, Payments, Marketing, Product, Legal / Compliance and Finance to support his team and ensure key merchant needs are resolved.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.
  • Ensures effective control of sales results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of sales objectives are within designated budgets.

  • Requirements
  • 5+ years commercial experience in LATAM with an internet, payments, software, or B2B company
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding analytical and execution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing at all levels
  • Thrives in an environment of continuous change and complexity- can drive quality insights and deliver high impact projects
  • "Can do" attitude, team player, energetic personality, works well under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
