Overview

This is role function is set up to provide a strategic insight to drive business performance for the Auto loans GM, focusing on the growth and optimization of the P&L of the Auto business. The BA would be able to meet the goals by creating a holistic understanding of business performance for the first level up to the underlying drivers that allow the GM to manage the business and identify growth opportunities.

A successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the company’s growth story by becoming an expert on the whole Auto loans business and the generated data. The role will have very high levels of visibility with the senior-most leaders of the organization.

The environment will be fast-paced, adjusting for business needs while delivering high impact work regularly.

Responsibilities

• To develop and execute strategies that help to plan direction to optimize revenue, productivity, costs, and expenses.
• Establish business targets and obtain commitment from cross-functional teams to deliver
• To create and conduct analyses based on the full knowledge of the business and to be able to self-service the required data.
• To proactively outlining key challenges, opportunities, and solutions that impact P&L based on the design and follow up of KPI and examination of qualitative and quantitative information.
• To design optimization projects and create business cases as a result of the analyses done. Partner with different areas and levels of the company to execute and monitor and assure the success and learnings of each project.
• Develop a macroeconomic understanding of the markets where Auto business is and planning to expand.
• To build and own key relationships, collaborate and understand how to present analysis as a catalyst for decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in analytics or business strategy
• A relentless problem solver, out of the box thinker, and proven track record to drive business results in a timely manner
• SQL coding that allow data self-service. SAS and Python are a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with clearly demonstrated results
• Statistical methods for model building
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills
• Broad knowledge of key drivers of business and operations
• Excellent verbal and written English’s communication skills
• Detail and results oriented, absolute self-starter and strategic thinker
• Passionate and fun personality aiming to make some impact
