Our Client is a unique one of a kind experiences that delights in exceeding every expectation. Sous Chef experience in high volume, event driven, buy outs, and core tourism traffic is required.
Position Qualifications or Requirements
“Ownership Mentality” for all things culinary in venue. Events and Current F&B Trend Savvy Knife Skills, Culinary Skill Set Systems, Quality, HAACP, Clean and Organized Experienced and Hands On, master of multiple stations Prep and Production Skillset Orders, and some P&L exposure Compensation and Benefits
$16-18 per hour, DOE
