Sourcing Team Lead

We are seeing a Sourcing Team Lead to join our People Attraction / Talent Acquisition team either at our corporate headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida (Miami) or remote from the comfort of your own home office. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing as well as building a talent funnel with strong candidate engagement for currently and soon to be open positions at our company as well as mentoring other sourcers throughout the organization, developing their skills and thinking, and challenging them to be better.We hired over 13,000 people last year, so a healthy, robust, vibrant talent pipeline is a critical component to our strategy and success. That’s where you come in and shine!

In your day to day role, you will constantly be reaching out to candidates, social organizations, community groups, state employment services. You will be a master at getting referrals, leads, and be able to turn one small contact or connection into many.Our needs vary from several per each area per week, to hundreds at a time from one community. You will:

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of experienced Sourcers located across the US.
  • Co-develop, maintain and update sourcer and recruiter scorecards for following T-ROC’s sourcing and job posting playbook, process adherence, process compliance
  • Recommend and develop Sourcer training based on gaps identified during real world recruiting experience and on the job results, especially during the evaluation of the team
  • Develop and implement chairside job aids, case studies, sandboxes to improve sourcer productivity, as well as recruiter sourcing efforts
  • Develop sourcing playbook for T-ROC globally, that addresses active and passive recruitment, community based candidate attraction, and social media outreach efforts, for all sourcers and recruiters (and hiring managers as applicable) to adhere to
  • Own and centralize return on investment for indeed sponsorship, job posting spend, job posting playbook
  • Implementation of change management for account and process updates
  • Partner with a rapidly growing business and solve challenges on a daily basis!
  • Develop a small team of sourcers & work with them to:
  • Analyze their own performance and results
  • Provide ideas / challenge the thinking of each team member
  • Review feedback with each team member
  • Develop, test, and track sourcing strategies to create an effective top of funnel sourcing plan for top talent.
  • Centralize all sourcing activities for all T-ROC clients as it relates university, military, unemployment (state), community,
  • Systematize and consistently follow playbook for recruiters and sourcing team to effectively find quality candidates quickly.
  • Engage and activate passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs.
  • Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain a network of potential candidates and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Communicate frequently with departmental stakeholders to understand our current and future talent needs.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant tracking in ATS as required.

  • Some goals this hire will be measured by:

  • Improvement of candidate conversion rate, positive candidate response rate on indeed (and other tools)
  • Improvement of source of candidate to leverage icims, NI, ADP, MI (our current employees & alumni)
  • Improve candidate conversion rate of sourced, pre-screened and application completed for recruiters to focus on on top tier candidates
  • Consistently focus on attracting, engaging, pre-screening, and driving applicants to apply to improve recruiter productivity
  • Drive innovation and evolution of the sourcing playbook to adjust for changing market conditions in real time (including regional/localization specializations)
  • Improve lead submission to hired candidate ratios by
  • Leveraging data and analytics, execute sourcing playbook that will be most effective to generating high quality candidates quickly
  • Develop daily / weekly reporting on sourcing team’s effectiveness
  • Develop daily / weekly reporting on job posting effectiveness
  • Develop and impact internal NPS score
  • Systematize and scale sourcers across all T-Roc programs
  • Adherence to sourcing playbook as it relates to active and passive recruitment
  • Influence succession planning, performance management and position development
  • Develop processes, systems, and training for T-Roc Globally
  • Other KPIs to be developed and assigned as the position evolves (or based on supported client)
  • One of the great things about this position – for the right candidate – is that you get to spend just about all of our time sourcing and activating candidates as well as mentoring and developing sourcers. The work you do today will not only have critical impact on our current world, but through your development of processes, training material and curriculum, will change T-ROC for the better for years to come.

    Our process splits off the hiring manager maintenance to others who will take the great work you do and push it over the finish line – allowing you to have fun doing the great sourcing work you do, and developing others to do likewise, without having to deal with the rest!

    Note: The ability to work weekends / flex schedule will be required at times of high need (varies throughout the year) Alternate/non-traditional scheduling may be considered you desire as well (discuss pre-hire).
