Do you have a desire to be an integral part of a growing and diverse team? We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to provide business knowledge and technical support to Account Managers through the sales cycle. This role plays a vital role in enabling Quantrix's customers to realize the maximum value and benefit from our software solutions.

This position can be located in Boston, MA; Portland, ME; or Remote - East Coast

  • Collaborate with Sales to qualify prospect needs and drive a sales engagement through to a successful close.
  • Clearly articulate and evangelize the Quantrix unique value and differentiation to a diverse audience.
  • Communicate and coordinate a structured customer journey through evaluation, deployment and expansion.
  • Build and deliver excellent value-based introductory and deep-dive technical demonstrations to customers and at conferences.
  • Proactively provide sales cycle feedback to help drive the sales process forward and document progress toward close.
  • Conduct proofs of concept including customer enablement and documentation of detailed value during the project lifecycle.
  • Encourage customers to share their experience with Quantrix software with the goal of producing customer case studies, testimonials and references.
  • Facilitate and maintain partner relationships, encouraging customers to make use of Quantrix expertise and content available through third parties.
  • Continuously improve and expand demonstration content to represent the our phenomenal value for multiple vertical use cases.
  • Contribute to improved collateral, including video demonstrations for customer self-enablement, presentations and written content.

    • Required Competencies

  • Highly proficient in financial and operational modeling concepts, and experienced in using spreadsheets for modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of business requirements for modeling / planning in at least one of our key target markets including Financial Planning & Accounting, Supply Chain / Manufacturing, Sales Operations.
  • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to explain complex scenarios in a simple manner and build confidence with our customers.
  • Align communication style with diverse customer roles such as IT, senior leadership and business sponsors.
  • Able to challenge customer thinking and teach, tailor and guide customers through their journey toward better modeling.

    • Qualifications, Skills, & Experience

  • BA/BS in Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, Manufacturing, or related technical fields.
  • 3 years of experience with modeling software in areas such as Financial Planning & Accounting, Supply Chain or Sales Operations preferred.
