Social Worker Lead - Gainesville

• Master’sDegree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of social work required.
• Social Work license (LCSW) in thestate of Florida required.
• Current BLS (BasicLife Support) required.
• 2-4 years experience in SocialServices and/or Case Management experience preferred and experience withbehavioral health patients a plus. Successful leadership/management experiencepreferred.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE,AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrated success andabilities in achieving results, communications, conflict management customerservice, working in a team environment and handling multiple tasks pertainingto patient issues. Demonstratesassertive and diplomatic communication skills with a leadership style thatinitiates engagement, collaboration and direction with clearly definedexpectations. A firm background in social service practice, patient aftercareand discharge planning required. Must be able to travel 4-6 hours per month toassist with referral development and community education activities.
