About the role:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team and play an integral role in supporting our global marketing function. In this role, you will plan, develop, implement, manage, and analyzeWilsonHCG’ssocial media strategy, content, and campaigns to broaden brand awareness to a diverse audience and in support of strategic priorities.

As a Social Media Specialist atWilsonHCG, you will:

  • Develop social media content calendars across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more 
  • Draft and schedule posts to social media channels, maintaining brand voice and messaging as appropriate for each channel 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns aligned to corporate marketing goals 
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for social channels 
  • Measure, report and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels 
  • Understand social critical metrics and provide insights to the wider WilsonHCG marketing team 
  • Work with the graphic designer to ensure visual content is optimized and channel specific 
  • Monitor social media feeds and find opportunities to grow audiences 
  • Create and execute social media plans for event coverage, and other new and ongoing business initiatives 
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage brand reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate messaging 
  • Stay up to date of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in social media, analytics, online marketing, and online consumer behavior 
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of social media management experience 
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media standard methodologies 
  • Strong and effective social media copywriting skills 
  • Familiarity with social media monitoring and reporting tools 
  • Experience executing and reporting on social media campaigns 
  • Good understanding of social media critical metrics 
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is preferred 
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills 
  • Self-starter, great teammate 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines 
  • Efficient and flexible in a changing environment
