We are looking for a Remote Software Engineer for our R&D team.

About Us

We are a technology group of approximately 100 employees with a common goal: to transform entrepreneurial thinking and shape technological change.

Role description

Design, validation and implementation of the software architecture of new components.

Design and implementation of high performance and scalable web services.

Define migration strategies for existing applications (separation of responsibilities, microservices, containerization, etc.).

Analyze and optimize the performance of applications.

Research new technologies, librabies and version upgrades.

Main requirements

A Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar (3 + years experience)

Experience in the design and implementation of hight availability distributed software systems using micro services.

Development skills in microservices arquitecture (Event-Driven-Architecture).

API development and API based integration (REST).

Containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernates.

Experience with tools operating CI/CD processes.

Database technologies (relational, NoSQL, InMemory).

Experience with web oriented technologies.

Design, prototyping and management of the implementation of customer-oriented solutions.

Be a problem solver.

Strong communication skills and high proficiency in verbal and written Portuguese

Nice to have

Cloud infrastructure and associated services (AKS).

Experience with Elasticsearch or similar technology.

Knowledge/experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Knowledge of cloud management platforms.

Knowledge of functional programming.

Fluency in French or English
