Meet with clients in person and virtually to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needsCarry out a targeted research and search strategyIdentify prospective candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and methods Perform technical Interviews and assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility with clientPerform reference checksNetwork and build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidatesResearch and develop recruiting leads 
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience preferably in the staffing industryMinimum of 5 years recruiting experienceAccounting or finance recruiting experience preferred
