Senior Developer - Ruby on Rails

Direct Hire (Able to sit in Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN)

Partial Remote:   About 75% of the time they are together. That’s an important part of the team dynamic, let alone the paired programming they do.

We are looking for a developer who has a passion about information security.
You must enjoy developing solutions that impact and genuinely serve others and working with a small development team with a rapidly growing information security firm

As a member of the development team, you will work in a collaborative, agile environment, directly influencing and designing features of our proprietary, client-facing technology that enable secure assessment of client information security.

Requirements:

  • 5 (five) years of professional Ruby on Rails experience and ten years of total development experience.
  • AWS experience is advantageous.
  • Golang experience or exposure is advantageous.
  • Will work onsite and remotely from home to a limited extent. MUST demonstrate a history of extended tenure with employers, keenly value integrity, and possess strong interpersonal, team engagement, and development skills.
  • Experienced developer who values serving; wants to work for a small, growing company and seeks to help a development team grow and yearns to make an impact for good.
