Job Title Senior Analyst, Pricing, Strategy and Interchange Overview The International Markets (IMK) Pricing and Interchange (P&IC) team: • Partners with all regions and global business units to execute changes in economics aligned to product- and market-led strategy under a consistent framework. • Leads the execution of strategic P&IC initiatives whose complexity and scope require a global view and coordination. • Advocates and drives revenue optimization, simplicity, enhanced customer and employee experience, and adherence to principles. • Has a critical position with visibility to the most material and impactful initiatives across the organization, allowing it to influence and enrich many commercial conversations, through innovative and strategic thinking and a broad and deep cross-market and multi-functional knowledge Role • Reports to one of the IMK Pricing and Interchange Directors. • Supports the management and execution of multiple work streams associated to the pricing and interchange transformation agenda which includes several pillars and themes such as optimization, customer experience, etc. • Identifies and develops creative solutions, with a strong analytical and fact-based foundation, and leads teams toward its implementation. • Conducts analysis and problem solving as needed. • Partners with several stakeholders across the organization conducive to advance assigned projects. • Communicates effectively to peers and management on progress against initiatives. All about you • Experience applying financial and business management principles, theories and concepts. Experience with financial modeling (e.g., P&L projections, Cost-benefit, ROI, etc.). • Strategic thinker with a strong orientation to detail. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to build alignment without direct authority. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that key messages are articulated in a brief and clear manner. • Self-managed and self-driven. Able to anticipate needs and execute according to them. • Ability to turn data into meaningful information and present it in a concise, professional manner for senior management review. • Ability to lead through influence and thrive despite challenges. • Ability to interact effectively across multiple functions, geographies, and levels within the company. • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, data mining, etc. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. • Ability to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; MBA highly desirable • Limited global travel but required as needed Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
