Job Title Senior Analyst, Account Management Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the Mastercard Direct Business Model for Caribbean Countries, implementing business and tactical plans with customers located in such Region seeking to grow market share and profitability. Mastercard Direct Business Unit has the objective to accelerate the growth in LAC Hipo Markets and this position will play a critical role for such objective by stablishing a holistic Customer Relationship Management strategy for the long tail segment in the Caribbean. Role: • Supports team to deliver against business targets for Mastercard from new business and existing customers • Influences Customer account strategies using analytical problem solving and leveraging data tools to provide market data and customer specific recommendations • Supports project execution across all business functions including business development, advertising, marketing and product management • Provides insight in the analysis of customer’s business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis • Participates in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally • Acts as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects • Partners with the sales teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support to sales in a region • Develops and maintains strong working relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners within the regions All About You: - Bachelor's degree preferred, International Business, Finance - Languages: Bilingual English & Spanish - Proven track record in direct prospect sales. Industry product and processing expertise preferred. - Business experience and sales, preferably in the payment industry. Ability to network successfully within a complex organization and matrix manage initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Detailed understanding of P&Ls associated with the cards business. - Motivated self-starter, ability to work independently, able to identify and direct activities to achieve objectives. - Deep knowledge of card products a bonus. - Able to identify and capture opportunities for increasing Mastercard revenue and profitability while maintaining a customer focus. - Able to manage multiple tasks and accountabilities in a fast paced, matrixed environment. - Ability to move sales prospects through a discipline framework that includes understanding the voice of customer, and providing a solution that aligns with their needs. - Strong negotiation skills. - Operating with a sense of urgency. - Have ability to perform financial analysis - Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgment and flexibility. - Strong Interpersonal skills. Ability to work cross functionally and across levels in a matrix organization. Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
