Please find the requirement Please reply me with below details along with profile and details.</p> <p class="wordsection1"> </p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>Role: SAP HCM Time Management Consultant</b></p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>Location: Juno Beach ,FL</b></p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>Rate: $65/hr.C2C</b></p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>Duration:6 months</b></p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>Note Please Submit GC/US citizens only</b></p> <p class="wordsection1"> </p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>Job Description: Mandatory skills (please enter all mandatory skills customer will look for) </b></p> <p class="wordsection1"> </p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>Job Qualifications:</b></p> <p class="wordsection1"> Proven 10+ years' experience with SAP HCM in the following areas:</p> <p class="wordsection1">o Time Evaluation</p> <p class="wordsection1">o Positive & Negative Time</p> <p class="wordsection1">o Writing PCR Rules for different types Overt Time, Regular Time, Straight Time, Holiday pay etc</p> <p class="wordsection1">o CATS DB Profile</p> <p class="wordsection1">o Attendances/Absences configurations</p> <p class="wordsection1">o Configure rules and Generate Accruals for various Quota's</p> <p class="wordsection1">o Substitution/Work schedule configuration</p> <p class="wordsection1">o Expertise in running third party interfaces</p> <p class="wordsection1">o Experience in KRONOS time keeping system</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Knowledge of SAP Time Management and privileges configuration</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Implementation experience with SAP HCM Time Management</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Work closely in a team environment</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Must have a good understanding of business processes, system risk, and controls to mitigate system risk</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Advanced knowledge of application software tools, including presentation, spreadsheet, project management and word processing applications (e.g., Microsoft applications) is required.</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Strong developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills, including active listening, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms is required.</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Excellent Functional writing and system documentation skills are required.</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Prefer 10+ years of functional experience with SAP HCM Time Management</p> <p class="wordsection1"> </p> <p class="wordsection1"><b>Responsibilities/Tasks</b></p> <p class="wordsection1"> Provide application support for SAP HCM Time Management production problems.</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Maintain and analyze required documentation of requested changes. </p> <p class="wordsection1"> Develop and maintain SAP Security profiles and authorizations.</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Proactively identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective actions</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Support super users with Function Spec's development</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Support Development team with implementation & unit testing</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Co-ordinate prioritization meeting (managing service requests priorities)</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Has a periodic ticket review meeting with local or regional SLA partners;</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Following the change from initial request through to implementation, and ensuring any roadblocks (approvals, testing) are quickly addressed</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Translating the business need into a functional requirement which can be actioned as a change request</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Assessing the documentation and test requirements for the change</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Updating the functional and test specifications</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Performing screening or testing as required</p> <p class="wordsection1"> Confirming the change met customer needs following implementation</p> <p class="wordsection1"> </p> <p class="wordsection1">Job Description: Good-to-have skills Possess good communication skills and ability to interact with Business and functional people directly.</p> <p class="wordsection1"> </p> <table class="Table" style="border-collapse:collapse;
