Summary

The Sales Support Partner Analyst will support Poly internal Channel sales reps in their efforts to drive revenue by supporting partner program administration, business reviews, and a variety of ad hoc administrative and operational needs. Support to these activities will be as required by the business or nature of the program, via phone, email or chat (Skype).

Your day to day

  • Support Partner Program onboarding by entering/updating all appropriate data into SFDC.
  • Providing all credentials needed to access the channel marketing programs available to the required level of the channel partner (Partner Portal Access) through SFDC.
  • Support and troubleshoot with vendors (Salesforce, Partner Portal,PQOD)
  • Support Partner Portal access via PartnerPortal Inbox (partnerportal@plantronics.com)
  • Support Partner Program by auditing, approving and providing reports and monthly metrics on the performance of the program(s).
  • Provide support to internal teams (Sales, WebTeam) on programs or account specific access.
  • Provide deal registration support
  • Proof of concept/NFR Programs
  • Support ad hoc requests from the AMER sales teams
  • What you bring to the team

  • BS/BA College Graduate (preferred, not required) – Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business or related program, with the desire to learn from real-life experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; outstanding organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools and SalesForce.com
  • General understanding of dynamic web-based systems, search/navigation and other online tools available for business research
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment working with cross functional teams (including sales, marketing, finance, product management…)
  • Ability to pick up features/concepts on new tools easily and quickly
  • Self-Starter/problem-solver
  • Preferred:

  • 1-5 years business experience preferred.
  • Spanish fluency
