The Full-Time Registered Nurse in Home Health provides and directs provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and agency policies. Also, The RN Registered Nurse job coordinates total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care, and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources.

Qualifications/License Requirements

• Current RN licensure in state of Florida.

• Current CPR certification required.

• Current Drivers License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

• Must have one or more years in home health agency or in a facility setting.

• Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.

• Must have a working knowledge of home health care and the principles and techniques of professional nursing and required documentation that pertains to it.

• Should be skillful in organization and in the principles of time management and have knowledge of management processes.

• Must be able to contribute to the quality of care being rendered through constructive communication with nursing managers and staff.

  Pay: $68,000 - $74,000 / yr
