All case managers willincorporate the fundamental principles of utilization management, monitoring ofresource consumption , social services intervention, and individual dischargeplanning including the transfer or discharge of  a patient to anotherlevel of care, services or different settings will be based on the patient’sassessed needs and the organization’s capability to meet these needs.

Qualifications

• FL RN Licensure, or
  Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• 1+ years ofprofessional experience in clinical nursing, case management, or discharge planningin a healthcare setting
• Recent experiencewithin clinical acute care highly preferred
• Knowledge andunderstanding of Utilization Management and InterQual Criteria preferred
