• You will plan and administer diagnostic and therapeutictreatments with professionalism and expertise.
• You will provide more complex care modalities to include establishingan airway and maintenance, cardio respiratory drug administration and cardiorespiratory monitoring to include ventilator monitoring. 
• You may be given additional responsibilities inthe absence of the Respiratory Manager.
• You will effectively lead staff to providequality patient care.
• You will manage staffing levels and staffing needs.
• You will provide timely coaching for employees under the guidance of leadership team.
