Respiratory Therapist Manager - Orlando

We have an immediate opening for a Respiratory Therapist / RRT Manager working with a Large Hospital in Orlando, FL. The Respiratory Therapist / RRT Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy Dept and be responsible for 16-20 employees. As the Respiratory Therapist / RRT Manager, you will have 24-hour accountability of the Respiratory Therapy department sharing responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment and retention.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RESPIRATORY THERAPIST / RRT MANAGER

• Respiratory Therapist / RRT in FL from the NBRC
• More than 3 years’ experience from either ICU, CCU, ER, LTAC or Trauma
• More than 1 year of Leadership/ Supervisory experience

HOURS OF THIS POSITION FOR RESPIRATORY THERAPIST / RRT MANAGER :

• Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm but will need to be flexible
• On-call rotation

SALARY FOR RESPIRATORY THERAPIST / RRT MANAGER :

• $75K (depending on experience)
