Why join us? - You will be 100% remote, even post COVID - Excellent room for growth - Small bank feel with big bank resources - You can convert to a full time employee very quickly What you will be doing? - Ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers - Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing - Input proper loan information into the system for processing - Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy - Verify loan documents including income, credit appraisal, and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting - Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested - Order and coordinate loan documents What is needed from you? - 5+ years of experience in the residential mortgage industry - 4+ years of experience processing mortgage loans - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge and familiarity with current mortgage and compliance laws and regulations - Knowledge of Encompass - Detail oriented outlook, coupled with the ability to meet deadlines timely - Last 12 month pass percent average of 70% or higher So if you are a talented Processor with Encompass experience who can work 100% remote, please apply now.
