Randstad is currently hiring bilingual remote customer service agents to communicate with residents in the local FL community in both English and Spanish or Creole and English! Shifts will be between 8AM - 8PM & require flexibility to work any given days during the week, Monday to Sunday. 

This role will be fully remote - local to FL only & will require:

high speed internet headset for calls ethernet cable a quiet place to work for the shifts 

Responsibilities

All agents must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish for this roleAnswer incoming calls from citizens related to COVID-19, including the general public. Make outgoing calls to those identified to have had contact with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19 in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols.Transfer/refer citizens to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines....Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
Attends meetings and trainings as requested and maintains up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 2 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekendsSkills
