Job Title Relaunch Your Career- Analyst Sales, MX This position is for our Relaunch Your Career Program. Our Relaunch Your Career program is a unique career development opportunity for professionals who want to rejoin the workforce after a career break. The program is designed for those who have taken a career break of two years or more and interested in returning to work on a permanent basis. This year, we are welcoming applicants that have 1 year or more break due to pandemic conditions. This program is best suited for those with previous experience ideally gained in technology, financial services, and professional services organizations. We are looking for team players, collaborative, excellent relationship builders and influencers, great problem solvers to join our team. Overview • Define and build scalable operating models as it applies to the evolution of new and existing products • Roles in this family measure operational performance of products, interface with internal and external stakeholders and data/insights from their activities will inform/shape business performance and requirements Responsibilities • Ensures that operating, customer, and market readiness requirements are met for products, product enhancements and product features • Installs product service models and supports process and program infrastructure by customer type (e.g. issuer, acquirer, merchant, wallet partner, consumers) and geographic market • Monitors achievement of corporate key performance indicators (KPIs), and defines KPIs for their area of responsibility • Implements and monitors business processes and standards to ensure a controlled global operating environment consistent with profitability standards in their area of responsibility • Supports efforts to ensure recoverability of essential business functions in the event of business disruption, including providing recommendations for modifications • Works with technology, engineering, operations, and architecture teams to manage a strategic platform roadmaps in support of product roadmaps and market expansion goals • Helps inform to the annual budgeting and financial strategy for their area of responsibility including initial ask Experiences • Led collection of product and process performance data from product partners and identified preliminary insights to inform senior team members and support risk identification • Extensive experience contributing to management of product or project budgets/P&Ls or new business cases (e.g., compiling estimates, developing bottom line numbers) and demonstrated knowledge of cost drivers • Led junior colleagues in conducting user acceptance testing https://www.mastercard.com/global/en/vision/who-we-are/careers/return-to-work.html Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
