Job Title Relaunch Your Career- Senior Analyst, Business Analysis - Management Information System This position is for our Relaunch Your Career Program. Our Relaunch Your Career program is a unique career development opportunity for professionals who want to rejoin the workforce after a career break. You bring your experience, passion, and skills, and we provide you with support and a 4 month development journey to help you meet your professional and personal goals. The program is designed for those who have taken a career break of two years or more and interested in returning to work on a permanent basis. This year, we are welcoming applicants that have 1 year or more break due to pandemic conditions. This program is best suited for those with previous experience ideally gained in technology, financial services, and professional services organizations. We are looking for team players, collaborative, excellent relationship builders and influencers, great problem solvers to join our team. Job Overview: Implement processes to better manage the administration, planning and financial needs of a division or department. Monitor compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Major Accountabilities: • Responsible for the implementation of processes to better manage the administration and planning of the department • Organize departments business unit objective setting and create metrics for tracking • Manage and coordinates business administration policies for department • Monitor compliance to corporate policies and procedures • Participate in the planning and execution of business administration projects and programs, as needed • Manage department budget/expense • Provide analytical support for the tracking of leases; invoice processing; financial and management reporting; purchasing requisition review and billing/invoice reconciliation • Responsible for tracking vendor agreements and contracts • Compile and review data and/or materials for consistency and accuracy for reports • Prepare presentations , as needed • Manage and/or conducts ad hoc reports and provides reports to management Education: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance Knowledge / Experience: • 3-5 years of experience in finance or general business management.
