KendallRegional Medical Center is a 417-bed, full-service, acute hospital providing24-hour comprehensive care in the community including trauma, burn, surgical,women’s and children’s services, behavioral health and diagnostic services,along with two full service free-standing ER facilities, one in Doral and theother at The Palms Town & Country.

Job Description: 

The Respiratory Therapist provides treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. Notable information about the Unit:

  • Specialties: Level 3 NICU, Level 1 Trauma, PICU, Pediatrics, Open Heart and Burn
  • Shifts: Typically 7a-7p or 7p-7a w/ every other Weekend
  • Upcoming Updates: Building two additional Towers, New Parking Deck,  Building 3 New Free Standing Emergency Departments.

Qualifications

  • RRT State License.
  • BLS health care provider; ACLS preferred.
  • Graduate of Respiratory Care program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).
  • 1-2 Years of Acute Respiratory Experience with 1 Year of Critical Care Experience required.
  • Experience in NICU and Pediatric acute care setting preferred.
