SHIFT: Nights (rotating weekends)SCHEDULE: Full-time
KendallRegional Medical Center is a 417-bed, full-service, acute hospital providing24-hour comprehensive care in the community including trauma, burn, surgical,women’s and children’s services, behavioral health and diagnostic services,along with two full service free-standing ER facilities, one in Doral and theother at The Palms Town & Country.

Coordinates nursingservices and accepts organizational accountability for services provided 24/7.The CNM Provides leadership and supervision of personnel including fostering aclimate conducive to learning and development. Assumes responsibility forstaffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel.
Participates in nursingand organizational policy formulation and decision making while serving as aclinical role model. Assures that patients receive appropriate level of careand coordinates resources available to provide the appropriate level of care.
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
- or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good verbal and written communications skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
- BSN required MSN preferred
- Must have minimum of three years ‘experience at the bedside and at least one year as a charge nurse or unit leader
