Summary of Position:

The Recruitment Marketing Manager will create, design, and impliment industry best practices around employment branding, job posting strategies, content, and methodogies. Working with our robust and talented internal corporate marketing team, you will both partner with them and leverage amazing content while driving excellence on the Talent Acquisition side.

Strategically, you'll use your SEO know-how to drive both on page and in job description content strategy to maximize our investments. Your diverse background will enable you to advise on best content, practices, mediums, and outlets, while driving our increasingly strong data centric approach.

You will be the expert on tagging, beacons, social reporting, and data around sponsored ads/ cpc, and other strategies, while performing competitive research and creating the strategies which will continue to put us higher on the page/ bigger on the map.

  • Manage Talent Acquisition's Marketing Strategy.
  • Develop guidelines for postings and advertisements.
  • Define strategies for various types of jobs, markets and regions.
  • Analyze the response rates, performance, and effectiveness of all advertisements and outreach efforts.
  • Build playbooks and template to leverage the market data in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Collaborate with marketing to work on UX, site and page development, SEO, rebrand, and organic search optimization.
  • Drive rebranding and rewriting of all job postings and content - using substantial, high quality marketing content library when possible, but also creating new content, including video, web, print, other, as logical.
  • Measure all efforts and develop methodology to report out on effectiveness of strategies (in partnership with reporting as needed).

  • 3-4 years experience managing similar teams
  • High volume recruiting in addition to leadership experience
  • A fan of data & analytics - Excel/power point
