Recruitment Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced, high demand environment with an innovative company undergoing an exciting transformation. T-ROC is taking their growth to the next level, and they are looking for a high energy recruitment team manager to run the People Attraction Team sourcing function.

The Recruitment Marketing Manager will. Working with our robust and talented internal corporate marketing team, you will both partner with them and leverage amazing content while driving excellence on the Talent Acquisition side.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sourcing and recruiting teams and hiring managers to ensure strong workforce planning and adjust campaigns to align with changing business requirements
  • Collaborate with T-ROC marketing team to build employer brand strategy and identify opportunities to position T-ROC in the job market
  • Assess company culture and compensation packages and translate that into enticing candidate value proposition
  • Clarify top reasons for new hiring success or failure
  • Partner with T-ROC marketing team to design marketing materials for social media, company career pages, and hiring fairs
  • Evaluate hiring trends and adjust T-ROC’s approach as needed
  • Track key hiring metrics to help optimize candidate messaging and experience
  • Analyze data to improve top of funnel results over time, identify trends, and make adjustments to improve efficiency
  • Track and report on recruitment marketing KPI's and budget to senior leadership
  • Attend job fairs, writing job descriptions, and documenting ideal candidate profiles
  • Utilize marketing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning, leveraging the overall T-ROC brand guidelines and value prop, tailoring for the local market and the position
  • Use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve candidate application goals
  • Champion Candidate experience by continuously improving the candidate journey from prospect to hire, including but not limited to application experience, funnel development, candidate communications, and process automation.
  • Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or direct recruitment role
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or business intelligence platforms to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience in digital online marketing, including candidate-focused job boards, PPC, social media, and texting campaigns
  • Experience using insights, behavioral data, and campaign performance data to understand candidate data, measure impact, determine improvements and inform strategic plans deeply
  • Proven success in finding appropriate candidates
  • Ability to work autonomously to learn new systems, educate yourself on current trends, and deliver results
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Indeed, and other digital recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
  • Excellent storytelling abilities
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency
  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, HR, or a related field
  • Results and detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to prioritize among a wide array of tasks and responsibilities
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment of entry-level candidates in the retail and/or wireless industries
  • Experience in HR and Recruitment Analytics
  • Experience with HR and Recruitment Technology and Integration
  • Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) OR (SPHR) Certification and/or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) OR (SHRM-SCP)
