Recruitment Coordinator - Sourcing Specialist

The Recruitment Coordinator Specialist will proactively source community leads through cold-calling, social media, internet sourcing, networking, state employment services, employer visits within the community, and other means, to build a database of contacts through effective networking and relationship building.

Your responsibilities:

  • Research market demographics within the location of our supporting stores to create a strategy of engagement
  • Analyze potential leads within given market areas and uncover opportunities to develop relationships in support of increasing brand awareness and candidate engagement
  • Use your proven communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, and writing skills to present information effectively and respond to internal and external questions from managers, team members, and the general public
  • Use your positive energy when communicating with members of the community to explain the People Attraction Team's goals and drive mutually beneficial relationships
  • Act on social media opportunities to generate new leads
  • Maintain and build out a database of contacts
  • Talents needed for consideration:

  • High School/ GED plus at least 2 years of experience in a customer or people-focused role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Recruitment, Marketing, Sales, and/or Business Development
  • Preferred skills:

  • Positive, outwardly energetic style that leverages relationships and inspires confidence in others
  • Knowledge of key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Quick learner who excels in a rapidly changing environment with an ability to solve practical problems
  • Use your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to assess situations and opportunities quickly.
  • Anticipate and capitalize on potential opportunities with creative solutions
  • Ability to work within a multi-functional, global team structure and to motivate team members and peers with strong interpersonal skills
