Recruiter - Contract

The Retail Outsource (TROC) is one of four companies under The Revenue Optimization Companies’ umbrella. The brand reflects a growing and exciting, fast-paced environment. Our talent acquisition partner / recruiter will be responsible for high volume recruiting within the retail and wireless industry. You must be able to source candidates in challenging, remote areas utilizing their experience, skills and creativity to attract best in class talent. Candidate must have social media, sourcing and cold calling expertise. Must enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced, high volume environment.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and field management as well as TA management to uncover and identify strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Screen incoming resumes for desired skills and cultural fits.
  • Source qualified applicants and continually feed a pipeline of candidates.
  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new methods to create innovative sourcing strategies. 
  • Conduct professional and inviting phone and in person interviews. 
  • Own and maintain pipeline of candidates for specific markets.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems (ICIMS a plus).
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage time to fill, cost and quality per hire requirements.
  • Desire to work in a team environment, sharing information and best practices.
  • Work within specific metrics and manage weekly reporting.
  • Assist with other recruiting responsibilities as assigned and necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant tracking in ATS as required

  • Note: The ability to work weekends / flex schedule will be required at times of high need (varies throughout the year) Alternate/non-traditional scheduling may be considered you desire as well (discuss pre-hire).

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ICIMS a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed to conduct job interviews or attend job fairs (Less than 10%).
