We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Receptionist. How you will make an impact:

- Handle all incoming calls and transfer to proper personnel,
-Take messages, order supplies
-Meet and greet all clients and customers
-Manage conference room schedule, travel arrangements, calendar management as well as other basic receptionist duties.

What we're looking for:

-Basic computer skills a Must!
- At least one yea r of receptionist experience
-Bilingual, English and Spanish
-Excellent communication skills
-Applicants should have 1+ year of experience as a Receptionist
-Incoming phone call management skills required
-Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
