Real Estate Paralegal - Coral Gables

Law firm and title company is expanding and seeking a real estate processor or paralegal to handle residential real estate matters from inception to closing. Responsibilities will include:
•Making follow up calls to buyers, sellers, and their agents as necessary in order to gather additional information and keep all parties updated
•Ordering title, payoffs, estoppels, and other searches and documentation
•Preparing HUD-1 Statements and CDs
•Completing various administrative duties as necessary
•Law firm pays 100% for health insurance, PTO, bonuses and paid parking. Hours are 9-5 pm.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-3+ years of residential real estateexperience
-Extremely organized and have undivided attention to detail in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
-Strong interpersonal, administrative skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team, handle high volume of files and be able to prioritize tasks.
-Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service skills
-Paralegal Degree or large firm experience. Notary Public is a plus.
