Real Estate Legal Assistant - Aventura

Well established boutique Aventura law firm is expanding and seeking a real estate assistant with 2+ years to handle property tax valuation appeals, real estate financing and working with surveys and landlord tenant matters. This real estate assistant will be assisting with petitions before the Valuation Appeals Board; negotiations with the county property appraiser’s office; and working with real estate property taxes, tax revaluations, and tax appeal matters. -REQUIREMENTS:
- Paralegal certificate, Associate's Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- 2+ years of real estate experience; law firm setting a plus
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills
