Real Estate Executive Assistant - Ocala

We’re looking for a well-presented and personable individual to work with clients as a showing agent and a sales assistant. This position ranges in hours from 30 to 40 per week and you must be available to work weekends for showings and open houses. Pay range is $16/hr to $20/hr DOE.

Responsibilities

• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Show listings to clients, answer questions to the client''s satisfaction 
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Assist with office work, document files, MLS listings
• Knowledge of the equine industry a plus!

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Must have a clean driving record, as driving is required
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
