Job Description

Investment and development firm, located in North Miami, is seeking a Real Estate Asset Analyst .

Responsibilities:

Control all aspects of the assets and their performance

Maximize value of the portfolio by overseeing strategic initiatives and performing short and long-term analyses on property level returns

Develop and distribute monthly asset management reports to ownership partners, including both narrative and quantitative descriptions of performance

Provide variance analysis, projections of operational cash flows, distribution analysis and capital investment analysis

Actively participate in the negotiations on new leases and renewals and oversees the lease administration process

Update monthly future projections of assets and relay to Asset Management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field

1-3 years of experience in real estate asset analysis

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
