Quality Assurance Lead - Mexico City

What We Need We are looking for a QA Lead who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. Are you: A professional software tester? Detail oriented? Bilingual in Spanish & English? As the QA Lead, you will be responsible of a team that designs, develops, implements and documents all testing activities, including test planning, test documentation, test execution, defect tracking and reporting, including follow-up and issue resolution. A Day in the Life: Developing testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios and usability. Testing programs manually and with automated activities in appropriate proportions. Planning test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates. Working with testers from vendor partners to perform all the testing activities. Creating & executing test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures. Documenting software defects, using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers. Monitoring bug resolution efforts and tracking successes. Creating automation scripts that review code quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required, with 8+ years’ experience required.
