Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Detox

The Position: As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnose psychiatric conditions, prescribe appropriate medication and provide medication management for patients. The PMHNP may also responsible for involuntary admissions, referrals for case management and therapy as needed. The client is offering a salary range of $120,000-$140,000 including the following benefits:

• $120,000 and up.

Requirements:

• FL State License.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• DEA X waiver.
• Experience as NP in detox or substance abuse.

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Friday (Flexible 8am - 5pm).
• Outpatient seeing primarily Adults.
• No call.
• The PMHNP will be responsible to conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose psychiatric conditions, prescribe appropriate medication and provide medication management.
