Property Manager - Panama City Beach

Locally owned and operated they offer a wide range of rental management programs and unparalleled attention to detail. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with previous short or long term property management experience.

Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience) + benefits, bonus, 401k, and other fun perks.

Experience:

2+ years of Property Management experience

Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, an engaging personality, who works well with others

An independent employee who is highly motivated and possess strong follow up skills

Must work well in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience overseeing 50+ units

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
