Summary & Role Information:

A strategic SAP customer has setup a transformation program called Journey to Cloud (J2C). A cornerstone of this transformation is to consume the entire SAP landscape as private cloud service provided by SAP. In order to provide the right level of service, it has been decided to build a new team within ECS. The ECS Strategic Delivery provides an E2E service by combining HEC and CAS portfolio and will work dedicated for Nestlé.

Project Lead is one of the customer facing roles taking over E2E responsibility during migration for system build activities and maintantance projects during operations.

The project lead:

  • Own, lead, plan, and coordinate system build activities and/or maintenance projects during operations
  • Take ownership and keep all the strings in hand
  • Work closely with different stakeholders
  • Drive/moderate discussions between key stakeholders and experts
  • May be required to work on weekends/off hours during critical escalations or go-lives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the TechOps services in terms of process design, tools, operational efficiency, reducing TCO, support quality and customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and Guide junior members of the team
  • Experience (Role Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Good understanding of Hypersclers (Azure), Linux Operating System, Databases, SAP Application
  • Understanding of business process operations and exposure to cloud business
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals
  • Able to articulate technical details to non-technical audience such as customer with great clear and concise
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate and escalate
