Randstad is currently seeking production associates for a growing manufacturing company located in Clearwater, FL. We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year production or machine operation experience working in a fast paced manufacturing work environment. 

Shift- Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Clearwater, FL

$13.00 - $14.00/Hour

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelinesCoordinate with Supervisor to prioritize work schedule and meet deadlinesIdentify and report unsafe practices to Supervisor immediatelyWork together as a team with other associates in their assigned duties when neededEnsure that work environment is maintained, clean, safe and organizedOther duties as assigned

Skills & Knowledge:

Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitudeHigh School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.Ability to read and interpret various documents such as work instructions and safety guidelines.Experience with various hand-held tools and assembly preferred but not required.Basic computer skills.Reliable source of transportation.Adherence to all safety rules and regulations.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one time
