Product Lead, EV - Mexico City

What We Need We are looking for an EV Product Lead who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. As an EV Product Lead you should be the expert within the EV industry and Element Solutions. Responsible for the development, planning and execution of the EV strategy, new products & value- added services (EV Element Solutions); including best practices and processes on the EV industry; related to vehicles, EVSE, site evaluation and vendor selection. When developing the EV Element Solution strategy, the EV Lead will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders for its deployment. Responsibilities: As an EV Product Lead you are responsible for generating new business opportunities with prospects and clients by identifying needs and develop proposals with EV Element Solutions. Accountable for the overall relationship management with EV industry. Identify and assess vendors based on use case, geographic location, and customer requirements. By working with internal sourcing teams to manage vendors including tracking performance and SLA management. Liaising and coordination with clients and vendors for EV Element Solutions and assess our Commercial team. Primary point of contact for client teams related to their EVSE providers, infrastructure installation teams, client facilities, finance, and project management. Thought leadership - Responsible for developing content related to EV vehicles, charging and infrastructure for internal / external publication (white papers, presentations, executive presentations, Design and lead project management activities, being accountable for tracking of KPI’s, milestones, etc.) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical / engineering field, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience. +8 years proven work experience in the EVSE industry, preferably in technical or consulting /client advisory role. Demonstrated technical knowledge related to EVSE, infrastructure, and energy management. Client relationship management skills are critical for success in this role. Utility and energy management experience is ideal. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and relationship building skills.
