The Physical Therapist(PT) provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitative services to patients toimprove mobility, relieve pain and disability.

Designs, implements anddocuments appropriate initial plan of care and sets measurable goals based onpatients' age, total needs perspective and environment

Demonstrates andarticulates sound clinical reasoning through synthesizing evaluation data frominitial patient assessment, medical history and physician orders to develop acomprehensive plan of care. Follows intervention protocols and adaptsconventional therapy techniques to meet the needs of the patient. Performsregular re-evaluations to determine patient progress and adjusts or alters planof care accordingly.

Records, monitors, andanalyzes clinical data to review, reevaluate and modify treatment plan andgoals.

Qualifications

Florida licensed PhysicalTherapist or eligible for state licensure.
