Pharmacy Technician II (part-time)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Pharmacy Technician II is responsible for accurately performing all advancedand basic pharmacy technician functionsin a timely manner. In addition, they may be responsible for performing duties associated with Automated Dispensing Cabinets(ADCs) and other specialized duties as assignedby the pharmacy management team.

SCHEDULE:  part-time, 20 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active FloridaPharmacy Technician Registration required
• NationalCertification (CPhT) preferred
• Minimum of atleast 1 year of hospital experience preferred

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE &ABILITIES:

• Demonstratesome relevant theoretical knowledge
• Apply knownsolutions to a variety of predictable problems
• Applies andperforms processes that require a range of well-developed skills where somediscretion and judgment is required
• Interpretavailable information using discretion and judgment
• Takeresponsibility for own outputs in work and learning
