Daily Responsibilities for a Pharmacy Call Center Representative:
- Receives inbound and outbound calls to patients or MD Offices regarding orders for medications, pharmacy services and all other inquiries.
- Contacts the pharmacists to alert them of any changes in patient's condition
- Provides typed documentation of all communications received from calls and provides notification of any urgent orders
Requirements for a Pharmacy Call Center Representative:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Call Center Experience
- Microsoft Office Suites Experience
Hours for a Pharmacy Call Center Representative:
Mon-Fri 11am-9pm with rotating Saturdays
Training will be from 8am-4:40pm Monday-Friday
REMOTE after TRAINING!
Weekly Pay:
$15.00 per hour
