-Creating or Inputting Customer/Client Invoices into Accounting Systems,
-Contacting via E-mail, Letter, or Telephone Customers/Clients to Collect Payment,
-Posting Payments Received from Customers/Clients (Cash, Credit Card, Fund Transfer, Deposits, Etc.),
-Preparing or Reviewing Aging Reports,
-Reconciling Customer/Client Accounts in Accounting System.

CALLING ALL FORMER HOTEL/HOSPITALITY EMPLOYEES!!

Company located in S. Beach (33131) is looking to full-time an EXPERIENCED PAYROLL MANAGER/SUPERVISOR. Individual need to have experience processing 500+ employee payrolls. Specific experience in Food and Beverage Department is a PLUS. Company is utilizing ALDI PRO, but any payroll processing software is acceptable. As a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for processing the payroll for multiple properties, including some out of state.

Position is ON-SITE and PARKING IS PROVIDED.

Position is TEMPORARY TO full-time and is for IMMEDIATE START!

-Hotel/Hospitality experience (REQUIRED)
-10+ years experience in Payroll Processing
-Experience in ALDI PRO (PLUS), ADP OR PAYCHEX acceptable
-Full Cycle Payroll
-Bilingual (PLUS)
-Over 500 Employees
